Project valorisation strategy aims to establish:
- Attainable Targets,
- Applicable Processes,
- Foreseeable Outcomes
in the context of Leonardo programme with the priorities
of the EU Commission. In order to increase the value and the impact of the
project and its outcomes, the processes of exploitation and dissemination will
be realized. This strategy will be implemented through participation and
contribution of stake holders of the project, which are the target groups, the
partners and the outside actors and bodies. In case any needs occur, it will be
enriched during the project life cycle with required accession.
The valorisation strategy takes into consideration the
project with a comprehensive perspective. Analyzing the needs and problems
required for the target group to which the project is aimed to address,
producing the concrete outputs in the framework of the gained data and
realization of the solution proposals in a sound way have utmost importance for
exploitation which is one of the significant steps of the valorisation strategy.
Objectives:
- To identify needs of the target groups and meet these
needs in a maximum manner,
- To raise the awareness and understanding of public
about the concept of productivity
- To create awareness on target groups about the
project and its outcomes
- To exploit the results of the project to target
groups
- To investigate broader use of the outcomes in
different target groups and countries.
- To constitute a project platform that encourages
extensive participation of all related parties and enables experiences and
good practices sharing
In order to realize complete dissemination activities, it
is needed to use various communication tools simultaneously. Alternative
communication tools are required to satisfy different communication and
information sharing needs occur at different phases of the project. Multi
functional web page usage, hard copy project representation documents, face to
face meetings, interviews, seminars etc. are the tools planned to be used in the
realization of the strategy.
It is important to emphasize the fact that, a project that
successfully attains the goals previously established, accommodates continuous
improvement and provides effective outcomes, supplies considerable aid to the
valorisation strategy. This means project and valorisation strategy are strongly
interrelated and foster each other in various manners.
Valorisation activities that will be directed to the
target groups have an important role, since it is clear that satisfied users are
the best advertisers of a successful project and also unsatisfied users expose
great weakness in the completion and the valorisation of the project.
Activities concerning valorisation are going to constitute
approximately 18 % of the project budget. The amount spared from the project
budget for valorisation activities is a considerable amount. All the activities
mentioned in valorisation strategy will benefit from this budget.
Presence of the project quality plan is another important
factor for the effective implementation of valorisation strategy. Control of
quality criteria and achievement of these criteria is a tool for indicators of
the valorisation effects.
