Valorisation Activities at the Universities

 

The valorisation activities of Euroductivity Project are continuing at the universities in Türkiye. Some activities have been arranged in order to introduce the project outputs such as productivity training curriculum, e-learning portal and e-courses. The introduction meetings particularly targeting the students at the Faculties of Engineering and Economic- Administrative Sciences have been continuing with the organisations coordinated at the universities in different provinces.

 

KONYA - TRABZON

 

“Productivity Management Conference” and a meeting on “Productivity Training Programme” have been organized by MPM Black
Sea Regional Directorate at the Karadeniz Technical University on 2-3 December and the same activities were also arranged in Konya Selçuk University on 18 December.

Initially a conference in Trabzon was given on “Productivity Management” by MPM expert İlknur Yavuz. Brief information was given on some topics such as definition and the history of productivity science, productivity improvement methods, productivity measurement, factors affecting productivity, SMEs and Productivity Management. Following the Conference, Productivity
Expert Umut Demirtaş made some explanations on the activities conducted within the context of the Project and Project outputs.

Some information was also given in Konya about the Project and the five e-courses, namely; Introduction to Productivity, Introduction to Productivity Measurement, Diognosing Productivity Problems, Productivity Improvement Programme Design and Case Study: 5S and Layout Planning.

GİRESUN- İSTANBUL

The same activities were held both in Giresun and İstanbul on 24 December and 24- 26 December respectively. The universities in İstanbul at which the activities were conducted included Sabancı University, İstanbul Technical University, Galatasaray University, Bahçeşehir University and Kadir Has University.
